Roberto Bini
General Manager -Technical Area
Roberto Bini earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan. He has been with Turboden since 1984, becoming a company shareholder in 1989. Since then, he has been deeply involved in company management and development. At present, he is General Manager for the Technical Area and he is currently in charge of corporate technical activities coordination.
Paolo Bertuzzi
General Manager Finance & Commercial Area
Paolo Bertuzzi holds a Ph.D. from Cattolica University of Milan and a degree in Business Administration from Brescia University. Professor of Risk Management at Economia e Commercio University of Brescia, from 2001 until 2006. He has been a shareholder of Turboden since 1999. He is General Manager Finance & Commercial Area and currently in charge of the financial and commercial activities coordination.
Donato Cirielli
Financial Manager - Controller
Donato Cirielli is currently the Financial Controller in Turboden and he is responsible for accounting, financial reporting and internal controls. Prior to joining Turboden he was Manager Financial Planning & Analysis / Controller of Energy Services, Inc. (subsidiary of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems) since 2005. He started in Pratt & Whitney in 2000 as Senior Financial Analyst and then as Cost Accounting Supervisor. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney he worked for ten years in Community Savings Bank as Assistant Vice President and another three years in Northeast Utilities Service Co. with the role of Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst. Donato Cirielli holds a Masters in Business Administration from Barney School of Business (University of Hartford) and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Central Connecticut State University.

Peter Christman
Chairman
Peter Christman is the president of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, a division of the United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) and he has been Chairman in Turboden since 2009. He is responsible for global growth strategy, business plans and operations for the organizations portfolio of aero-derivative gas turbines, aftermarket parts, repair and maintenance services, and renewable energy products and services utilizing the Organic Rankine Cycle. Peter Christman holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont with a concentration in Manufacturing and Management Engineering. Additionally, Peter has a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College with a concentration in International Business. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, Peter was a member of the management team of Energy Services, Inc. (ESI) and Energy Maintenance Corp. (EMC).
Mario Gaia
Managing Director
Mario Gaia graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1968 from the Politecnico of Milan (a leading Italian Engineering University). He served as Associate Professor at the Energy Department until 2007, active in the field of Renewable Energy Technologies. In 1980 Mario Gaia founded Turboden srl and currently coordinates company general strategies and policies, scientific activities, and relations with universities and the R&D activities.
Alessandro Foresti
Director
Alessandro Foresti graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan in 1968. He began his career in R&D at Alfa Romeo car company; and, later, joined the Techint Group where he worked in Italy, Argentina and Mexico handling projects for the metal and energy industry. From 1994-2000, he was Chief Operating Officer of Techint Technologies (now Tenova), where he managed the plant engineering and construction business, with over 700 employees in Europe & America. From 2000-2002, he was General Manager of Plant & Technology at the steel industry Tenaris.; and General Manager of Mirant Italia, from 2003-2005. He has been on the Executive Board of Turboden since 1995. He has been a Turboden shareholder since 1995.
Brian Tevnan
Director
Brian Tevnan is CFO of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems CFO since 2004 He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Fairfield University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to becoming the CFO of Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, Brian Tevnan was the Assistant Controller-Pratt & Whitney, CFO for Pratt & Whitney - Turbo Power & Marine (TP&M), CFO of the GE-PW Engine Alliance and Financial Director Russian Engine Programs. Prior to his time with Pratt & Whitney, Brian Tevnan served in various financial management roles at Otis Elevator Company, a subsidiary of United Technologies. Prior to joining UTC, Brian Tevnan worked at Babcock International, Inc. and also with the KPMG public accounting firm.
