Headquarters
Inaugurated in October 2007, our new headquarters in Brescia (90 km. from Milan) symbolize the explosive growth of the company and its ambitious goals. The purpose-built headquarters have some notable features, such as:
- The innovative design of both the exterior and the interior, with great attention to the aesthetic impact and the functionality and comfort for workers.
- Attention to the environment: on the building roof, photovoltaic solar panels are installed and cover a surface of 400 m2, for a peak power production of 20 kWel.
- 2.300 m2 for production, assembly and experimentation of ORC plants, with massive 30+60 ton overhead cranes to move the assembled ORC units. The whole process of ORC units assembling is made inside the facility. The single skid units come out ready for installation at client's site.
- On top of the production facility there are 1400 m2 of commercial, technical and management offices. Offices are structurally insulated from noise and vibrations coming from the production area.
- Strategic location in the city of Brescia, near the railway station and the main roads. The facility can be easily reached both by clients and trucks for assembled units transportation. In 2012 the new underground of Brescia will be in operation and one of the u-station will be built 100 m far from Turboden facility.
- The proximity in the same building of commercial, technical and assembling staff ensures a good exchange of communication and therefore a better design of units and processes.
